Blank spaces or missing attachments

Do not assume a missing schedule or appendix is harmless if the agreement refers to it.

Different verbal and written promises

If a material promise matters, ask how it appears in the written agreement rather than relying only on a sales conversation.

Unclear pricing

A low headline number can hide recurring charges, variable rates, add-ons or termination costs.

Pressure to skip review

Urgency created by the seller or other party is not a substitute for understanding the commitment.
